Delivery Information

All orders will be shipped after full payment is received. Shipment for pre-orders will be done after the products are ready to be shipped.
 

State and nationwide
We use J&T as our official courier service.

International
We use Poslaju as our official courier service or other courier company upon written request.

Shipping Costs (by weight)

• Cost for Peninsular Malaysia:

           The shipping costs will depend on weight of the products but the minimum cost for Peninsular Malaysia will be RM20 (minimum RM20)

• Cost for East Malaysia:

           The shipping costs will depend on weight of the products but the minimum cost for East Malaysia will be RM10 (minimum RM10)

Delays, damaged or stolen during shipment

• Shipping delays, please contact us in writing, so we can help resolve by contacting the shipping company.
• Please notify us in writing with pictures and/or video if the products get damaged during shipping
• Please notify us in writing if you believe the packages get stolen after delivery. We will file a claim with the shipper. The claim is subject to the shipper claim policy and procedures.
